塞班硬件故障

Due to continuing problems with the hardware that produces Developer Certificates we will have disabled the creation of Developer Certificates. This disablement will be in place between 10:30am UK time and 1:30pm UK time at which point we will turn on the ability to request Developer Certificates for a further 2 hours. Further information will be available at later points today.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working hard to ensure we have replacement hardware ready as soon as possible

由于持续存在的问题与硬件生产开发商证书，我们将有残疾人创造开发商证书。这个残废，将在地方间上午10时30分英国时间下午1:30英国时间上的一点，我们会马上开启能够要求开发商证书，另外2个小时。进一步资料，将可在稍后点。
