今后的签名方式为以下四种：
Open Signed Online 、Open Signed Offline 、Express Signed 、Certified Signed ，只有第一种Open Signed Online不需要Publisher ID，这就是我们今后需要的免费签名方式，下面我们详细来看看：

The main features of this signing option are:（包括以下几种特性）
• the process is online（申请过程要能连接上互联网）
• no Publisher ID is required（不需要Publisher ID）
• no Symbian Signed account is required（不需要塞班网账号，ps：貌似以后不需要到处找邮箱了）
• no tool downloads are required, so it is platform independent（不需要下载任何工具，是一个独立的平台）
• all user and most system capabilities may be requested (excludes the Restricted System
Capabilities CommDD, DiskAdmin, NetworkControl, MultimediaDD and Device
Manufacturer capabilities)（全部的用户和大部分系统权限能力能够被申请到（不包括受限制的权限能力CommDD, DiskAdmin, NetworkControl, MultimediaDD and Device Manufacturer capabilities））
• applications are restricted to one device, specified by IMEI（申请受限制于一台手机，只能根据你的IMEI申请，ps：这一点和pdf文档上面的描述吻合，貌似不能帮人，全民动手，自力更生的时代来临？不过现在签名也简单了，只需要一些时间，所需时间看后面）
• there is no cost to developers.（不用花钱）
How to Sign Applications Using Open Signed — Online Without a Publisher ID（如何在没有Publisher ID的联网模式下，使用开放签名的方式签名程序）
This signing option requires no Symbian Signed account, no tools download, and no Publisher
ID. You will need to supply a valid email address as part of the submission process. Signed
applications will be stored by the portal for 30 days from completion of signing.
这种方式不需要Symbian帐号，不需要下载任何工具，不需要Publisher ID。只需要提供一个有效的电子邮件地址并发送你所想签名的程序。签名申请要求将储存在网站内，在30天内完成签约。ps：由塞班来帮你签署你所想签署的程序，而不是像以前一样给你个证书，自己无限制的签署程序....
step1：Go to the Symbian Signed public website and access the service（打开塞班网站并提交信息）
1. Go to [url=http://www.symbiansigned.com/][color=#0000ff]www.symbiansigned.com[/color][/url] and click on the Symbian Signed Overview tab.（打开塞班网站并点击Symbian Signed Overview）
2. From the Welcome page click on the Open Signed Online link to go to the online submission page.（点击Open Signed Online链接）
3. Enter the requested information in the online form, including device IMEI and your name or username if you have one.（填入所需的信息，包括IMEI等等）
4. Select the capabilities required by your application.（选择你的程序签署后所需获得的权限）
5. On your local machine, navigate to the SIS file of the application you are submitting for signing.（打开你的电脑，选择你所要签名的.sis文件）
6. Enter the security code displayed and prompted for.（填入安全认证码）
7. Click to view the legal agreement.（点击并阅读法律条款）
8. Click on Close after you have read the legal agreement.（看完后关闭法律条款窗口）
step2：Supply a valid email address（提供一个有效的电子邮件地址）
You will need to supply a valid email address, to which a link to your signed application will be sent when signing is complete.（提供邮箱，为了收到被签署后的程序）
1. Enter a valid email address.（填入一个有效的电子邮件地址）
2. Click on the Submit button to complete the process.（点击提交键来完成流程）
step3：Confirm your email address（确认电子邮件地址）
An email will be sent to you containing a link to confirm your email address. Click the link to confirm.（系统会发送一封邮件到你刚才提交的电子邮件地址，目的是让你确认邮件地址，点击邮件中的链接确认）
step4：Access your email account to download your signed application（之后就是等着进入你的邮箱下载签好名的程序了）
An email will be sent to you containing a link to your Developer Certificate signed application SIS file. Click the link to download your application.
简述一下：
1.获得个人证书，无限制签署属于自己程序的时代过去了。
2.今后只能由塞班来帮你签署你所需要的程序，每次的时间流程是30天以内。（现在还不知道是否能使用多个邮箱来同时为一台手机签署程序）
3.今后的签署免费，且不需要塞班账号、Publisher ID，只需要一个有效的E-mail地址。
4.由于网速的原因，包括R66导航、亚特兰蒂斯游戏等大体积程序的签署难度加大。（原因是现在还不知道提交程序附件的时候是否支持断点续传）
5.今后如果实在难度太大，可能要集体凑钱购买Publisher ID。
6.以后尽可能使用免签名的软件。
7.以后尽可能要求开发者在发布前就通过塞班认证。
8.等待高人出手，破解...估计难度非常大。
