For developers without a Publisher ID, we will commence roll-out theBeta version of Open Signed Online at the beginning of next week.
As demand is currently higher than the PKI signing capacity, you mayexperience some restrictions on availability. We are in the process ofadding new PKI signing hardware to the signing service to increasesigning capacity (but this will take several weeks to configure)
As outlined below there is a maximum number of requests that we canservice each hour which limits the number of users that can request atone time.
Open Signed Online Beta will be available next week with the following restrictions:

During initial stages of the Open Signed Online beta, the service mayonly be available from 0900-1500 GMT (UK time) Monday-Friday.
Until capacity is increased with additional servers, there is a maximumnumber of requests that can be serviced each hour, if there isexcessive demand (which is expected), some users may find Open SignedOnline beta is not available.
As for any beta, there may be issues that impact the performance and/orfunctionality of the service. Such problems may result in the servicebeing taken off-line at short notice and/or for extended periods.
Note: Open Signed Online does not allow you to sign a SIS that uses aUID from the "Protected Range", unless the email address you use forOpen Signed Online MATCHES the email address of the account whichowns/created the UID.
If you attempt to sign the same SIS file in rapid succession, theservice you receive will proportionally slow down. This is to providefair access to all.
Installation of the signed SIS file will be restricted to a single IMEI(i.e. mobile phone) that you enter and valid for 36 months.
SIS files that have been Open Signed will present a notification uponinstallation that the SIS file is intended for development purposesonly.
SIS files can be signed for all Platform Security Capabilities exceptCommDD, MultimediaDD, NetworkControl, DiskAdmin, DRM, AllFiles, TCB.

正如所有的测试版一样,提供的服务可能会存在一些性能和/或功能方面的问题,这类问题可能导致服务器时不时掉线.
注意:[b][color=#ff0000]在线签名[/color][/b]不能使用"Protected Range"里的 UID来签名 SIS, 除非你使用的Email地址和你创建的帐户UID的Email地址匹配.
如果你企图在短时间内连续签名同一个 sis文件,你得到的服务将被减慢,这是为了让大家都能公平地使用.

1、[color=darkred]Open Singed Offline [/color]离线签名，这个就是我们以往用的办法，去 Symbiansigned 网站申请证书，然后使用得到的证书在本地签名。
2、[color=darkred]Open Singed Online [/color][b][color=#ff0000]在线签名[/color][/b]，意思是把你需要签名的程序提交上 Symbiansigned 网站，同时提交你的IMEI(序列号)，签好以后下载下来用就是。
[color=green]Open Singed 两种方法签好的程序都受IMEI限制，只能在指定IMEI的设备上用。
Open Singed Offline 需要Symbiansigne 用户帐号，Open Singed Online 不需要帐号[/color]

将待发布的应用程序 (sis文件) 先使用自己的 Publisher ID 制作的证书离线签名，然后提交这个应用程序到 Symbiansigned 网站由 Symbian 使用 B型根证书再签名。

网站根据你提供的信息生成一个开发证书并对你的应用程序进行签名,但你不能下载这个开发证书.

2、从欢迎页面点击 Open Signed Online 链接进入在线提交页面.

5、在你的计算机中浏览到需要签名的 SIS文件
6、输入显示的验证码
7、点击查看许可协议
